Czarnikow Ltd. of London, it prospered in the sugar and pepper markets. In 1978, Mincing entered the spice cleaning and manufacturing field to complement its trade business. And soon, in 1986, it purchased Overseas Spice Company, a spice grinder and blender of spices, and long time supplier to the bakery industry with special expertise in cinnamon, ground nutmeg, mace and ginger.

The company offers a complete line of whole, re-cleaned, and ground spices, aromatic seeds, and herbs. It continues to expand and concentrate its business activities to industrial users of spices. With the relocation to a modern purpose, it presently occupies 50,000 square foot manufacturing facility. Mincing Overseas Spice Company is in the process to become a leading industrial spice processor in U.S.A.
